We do a deep-dive to focus on what you’re really passionate about, using mBIT (multiple brain integration techniques). A neuroscience-based practical coaching method that will help align you to make wiser decisions with what's most important in your life right now.

  • Six hours of private, one-to-one online coaching every 2 weeks within a three month period

  • An introduction to mBraining and how it can help you make wiser, more sustainable decisions

  • mBIT guided process to help you to align with what is important to you

  • Alignment Coach guide sheets to help you plan for each session

  • Help to create a clear action plan to achieve your personal or professional aspirations

  • A 30 minute follow-up call once all six sessions have been completed

All tailored with one-to-one coaching to suit your needs with a clear action plan to get results.

  • An introduction to mBraining and how it can help you make wiser decisions

You will have me as your personal life coach for 12 months on your coaching journey as you transform to achieve your ultimate success.
